We take pride in crafting the perfect brew. Our beer is made by real people with high standards. We want to brew the best and we know that you want to drink the best .
The Ingredients
Two Ravens Brewery crafts a core range of beers, each with their own distinctive flavors and characteristics. From our first ever brew North of the Wall (5.47%), to our award winning Yule Christmas Ale (6.8%) and our newest edition Shield Maiden (5.0%). Each of these beers are given their distinctive flavors by the ingredients used.
Water
The most important ingredient in our beer is the water. Matter of fact it makes up nearly 95% of your beer. The mineral content found in the water help influence the taste of the final product. We use local tap water because Alta water is some of the best water in the world.
Yeast
Yeast is the second most important ingredient, without yeast, there would be no beer. There are two different categories of yeasts: ale yeasts and lager yeast, and within these categories there are hundreds of options.
Malt
Consisting of grains that undergoes a special process called malting, creating the simple sugars that the yeast will feed on later. The grains give the beer its flavor, aroma and finally its color. The grains can include wheat, oats, rye or other grains.
Hops
Hops are the final ingredient. They are conelike flowers. There are over 100 different varieties from all the world. Hops are used to enhance the flavor and further develop the smell of the final product.
Brewing Beer with a Story to Tell
We are a home based micro brewery based in Alta, Norway. We started brewing in 2016 with the hope and desire to completely stock our home with homemade delicious beer and we haven’t stopped brewing or experimenting since.
Want to Come Hang OUT
On occasion we host fun evenings that include beer and delicious food. Not only is our founder a brew master he is a grill master as well. Of course we always like to include fun activities such as corn hole or poker when we are enjoying the company and beer. Check out when our next event is. These events are by invitation only.

BREW BABE
A beginner beer drinker, the bottler master, and design wizard behind Two Ravens. She is also the cheerleader for Robin to pursue his passion.
